Coined “The Summer Of Doggie Love,” Spears and Shears Hosts an Incomparable outdoor fun festival and shopping extravaganza experience. PupCake Dog Festival is a perfect opportunity for pet lovers to have a great time with their dogs at such wacky, Fun events as the PupCake Fashion Show, Best Costume Contest, Ms. And Mr. Canine Canada Pageant and Lots More! Plus There are lots of great deals and free samples from innovative specialty vendors offering the latest trends in doggie fashion and accessories, from flashy to luxe, and the newest and hottest specialty foods, services and accoutrements for posh pooches.
